Vallenato Legend Festival:
The Vallenato Legend Festival is the great festival of popular culture that is celebrated in Valledupar, capital of the department of El Cesar, in late April, the traditional dates 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, and except in any who choose their authorities. It is defined as an event that works and aims for the defense and diffusion of folk and popular expression known as vallenato music in its four air, Paseo, Merengue, Puya and Son.
